Purgation

Hello there,
As I mentioned in my previous blogpost that I’ve been very busy during the past few weeks and I promised that once I’m done with my exams I will post more often. So, here I am writing about something I’ve wanted to put forward for a very long time now.

We’re all adults, fighting our own battles. There are days when we lose it and take all our anger and exhaustion on somebody who we love and don’t want to lose yet we still fight with them. We fight for the silliest of things and ruin relationships with people and then sit around pouting about how we should’ve not said that one thing or we should’ve done something differently. Things happen, people drift away, friends fight, relationships end but that is no reason to not mend our choices that have made us feel that empty void in our soul. Its important for us to understand that its okay to apologise even if it is not your fault. We need to know that the “ego” that we are very cocky about can tear you apart and make you lose the people that actually matter and that help you grow. 2016 will end in another 3 months, so why not make things better for ourselves? call that one friend that you miss, starve your ego and call her/him and talk it out. If things fall back into place, good for you, just in case if they don’t work out, you’ll at least have the satisfaction that you tried.
Cheers!
Happy holidays, everybody!!

"We only regret the chances we don't take" We always want something or someone but we don't always get what we want. Not getting something is one thing but not giving your 100% is another. In my vision board, I don't ever want to live in denial. When someone asks me if I gave my 100% at anything, I want to, very proudly, say yes. 5 years later, I don't want to ever think that I *didn't* fight enough or I wish I should've sent that one text or I should've called him up but I *didn't*. No no no! Even if things don't work out and you think its worth it, keep trying. You have to fight for yourself, you have to fight for the people you love, you have to fight for the position that you think you deserve. People will keep pushing you away, they'll keep trying to bring you down but don't let any of that bother you. You're better than this, you're going to be successful, you just need to work hard. A few days back, I read about the 5 rule. What is it, you ask? Think of something, will It matter in the next 5 years? No? Then don't spend more than 5 minutes getting upset over it. This is quite my funda for a happy and a successful soul. A few more tips that will help you stay motivated and give your 100% - Meditate- I know this sounds boring but meditating actually helps. Meditate for 5 minutes and it'll help you stay focused and release the stress. Timetable- When I say timetable, don't work it up. Take some time out for yourself. Give resting and relaxing a slot in your timetable and make sure you follow it. Set a target- Target setting is very important. If you don't know what you want to achieve, you can't get where you dream of being. Work smart- In today's world of growth and competition, you need to learn how to work smart and not work hard but this doesn't mean you don't work hard, haha. I hope this helps. I'm sorry for not posting more often. Gunnu, the first dog I've ever loved passed away last week and I was coping with it but I'll be back with a lot more soon. Stay tuned for more!

For The Bhargavi Dundigalla Label

I've always dreamt of shooting for a designer and Bhargavi Dundigalla made it happen! This Monsoon season, I bring to you the designs of an upcoming designer, Bhargavi. I love how the make up and hair-do's make me feel like, it all feels so dreamy and catchy. Lights camera focus and click!

A friend of mine Anchal Parakh helped me with the photography and I was styled by Bhargavi herself! How was the experience, you ask? It was delightful and tiring. Running around, posing a certain way, getting the perfect shot and editing it accordingly can be difficult but when you look at the end results, it is alluring.

Here are the pictures from our shoot, do check her designs out. Stalk buy and love, right?

The Spirit Of Moscow

I love travelling, it is something i cannot get bored of. Here I am, sharing my favourite moments from my summer travel plans of 2016.
I travelled to 2 picturesque destinations- Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Moscow, on the Moskva River in western Russia, is the nation’s cosmopolitan capital. The city is beyond beautiful, like a winter landscape- serene but content. I stayed at The Novotel Hotel at Arbatskiy Pereulok.

I visited the Red Square which was mind blowing, oh damn and the famous Gum mall which seemed like a palace altogether.
The Arabat street is so full of life where you can shop on the streets, grab a bite, pull some sheesha. Its like mini-Vegas!

I also visited a few more tourists spots including Poklonnaya Hill, Pushkin Museum, Bolshoi Theatre, Saint Basil's Cathedral and so much more! What I loved the most about the city, you ask? The architecture, it is like a treat for your eyes! Moscow is must on everyone's travel list.

My next destination was St. Petersburg. St. Petersburg is a Russian port city on the Baltic Sea. Aah, the beauty of this city cannot be described so I'll just let the pictures do the talking.

Hotel details- Dostoevsky and Holiday Inn. Contact my favourite travel partner- Holidaybazaar.co.in for great holiday experiences at the most reasonable prices.
The last day at St. Petersburg was perfect. The weather, the people, the shopping, the food, everything, was perfect!
After 7 days of ticking things off of my bucket list, it was time to head back home! The journey was tiring but it was definitely worth it!

Stay tuned for my next travel blog ✈️🌸
